Bacto Capsule

Bacto Capsule

Bacto – Natural support for fighting infections

Bacto Capsule is a scientifically formulated herbo mineral Ayurvedic preparation designed to provide wide spectrum support against mild to moderate infections while strengthening the body’s natural immune defence mechanisms. Developed on classical Ayurvedic principles and supported by modern pharmacological evidence, Bacto Capsule acts as a supportive antimicrobial and immunomodulatory formulation.
Rather than acting as a standalone antibiotic, Bacto Capsule helps control microbial load, enhances immune responsiveness, protects vital organs from infection induced oxidative stress, and can be used as an adjuvant alongside conventional antimicrobial therapies.

Know the Key Ingredients:

1) Swarna kshiri (Argemone mexicana)

Swarnakshiri is traditionally used in Krimi (parasitic and microbial infestations) and Shotha (inflammatory) conditions for its Tikshna (sharp, penetrating) and Ushna (hot, thermogenic) properties, helping control microbial proliferation and inflammatory responses. From a modern perspective, it contains alkaloids such as berberine, protopine, and sanguinarine, which exhibit significant antibacterial activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms.

2) Kantakari (Solanum xanthocarpum)

Kantakari is Kapha‑Vata shamaka and indicated in infectious and inflammatory disorders of the respiratory and systemic pathways. It helps clear obstructed channels and supports immune balance. Extracts show strong antimicrobial activity against pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, along with antifungal action.

3) Sahijan (Moringa oleifera)

Sahijan supports immune strength and reduces inflammation while aiding detoxification. Contains benzyl isothiocyanate with proven antimicrobial activity against multiple bacterial strains.

4) Triphala (Haritaki, Bibhitaki, Amalaki)

Triphala balances all three doshas, supports digestion, detoxification, and enhances immunity. Demonstrates antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, antioxidant, and hepatoprotective effects, supporting recovery and organ protection.

5) Shuddha Gandhaka (Purified sulphur)

Shuddha Gandhak is classically indicated in Krimi, Kustha, and infectious skin disorders for its Rakshoghna and Rasayana effects. Sulphur compounds exhibit broad‑spectrum antibacterial and antifungal activity, particularly useful in skin and mucosal infections.
